Tessera Diamonds

All our diamonds are natural, earth-mined and conflict-free.

Are Tessera items pawnable?

All Tessera item/s in a 14k or 18k gold setting are pawnable.

Are they GIA certified?

Yes, we offer GIA certified stones but we also carry IGI and HRD certified diamonds.

Store Certifications

We will be giving store certificates for all readymade jewelry.

Do we offer resizing?

Yes, we offer ONE (1) TIME free resizing for one (1) size bigger and one (1) size smaller.

Warranty

There will be a fifteen (15) days warranty period upon receipt of item/s for repair or replacement of small stones (for sizes 0.10ct and below only), and re-polish of any scratches.

Cleaning & Polishing

We only service Tessera products for a fee of 1,500 Php cleaning. Other fees may apply for gold plating.

Return & Exchange Policy

All custom-made diamond jewelry is not returnable, refundable or exchangeable. If possible, we will do our best to adjust any problem you may have with your bespoke piece.

Shipping Policy

Shipping shall be shouldered by the client and shall not be part of the payment of item/s upon checkout. Tessera shall not be liable for items damaged in the course of shipping/freight

Manufacturing & Production

All Tessera products that will be purchased through our website are locally handcrafted in 14k or 18k gold setting. Production of your order may take 2-3 weeks upon confirmation.
